One of the most common health issues that men over 40 face are the imbalance and enlargement of the prostate. The prostate cannot maintain its normal functioning and can become hyperactive. The growth of the prostate leads to frequent bathroom trips, and urine control becomes even more difficult. Research states that the prevalence of BPH and LUTS rises exponentially in men with increased age. BPH affects 70% of US men 60–69 years of age, and 80% of those affected are 70 years of age and older. The official website of Vitagenix shares; "In 1895, a surgeon named Dr. William White discovered a connection between BPH and a hormone called dihydrotestosterone." Dihydrotestosterone is ten times stronger than testosterone and controls the growth switch in males. The male sex hormone helps the reproductive system reach full maturity during puberty. It is also what helps with muscle mass and facial hair in men. However, when males have too much of this hormone in their bodies, it
